Hour Detroit Magazine Food Issue

The 2019 Food Issue focused on the collaboration in the Detroit food scene. Chefs and restaurants support one another in the Metro Detroit area, and to showcase this love and respect, we paired chefs together to discuss the Detroit food scene, and photographed the favorite dishes from their pairings restaurant.
